• Support Staff with appropriate training (see section on staff development package) which identify strategies to challenge prejudice effectively

• Raising positive awareness through a range of extra-curricular activities and events.

• Lay the ground work with your students. Respect, difference, opinion, belief, insults!! Class^definition rules.

• Use LGBT as a theme for developing other skills and not having LGBT as the main focus of the lesson

• Make it an outstanding lesson.
