We need your governors to help us develop pilot course
Our national Healthy FE and Skills programme wants the governors/trustees in 3-4 education and training organisations to pilot a workshop.
The in-house workshop is called 'Challenging wellbeing'. It will help governors/trustees to explore their responsibilities and role in making your workplace a supportive and productive environment in which employees and learners can flourish and achieve their full potential.
We want 4 workplaces with 3 or 4 governors from each to pilot the workshop with us during March.
Please download and send the flier (below) to your clerk to governors/principal/CEO.
To register your interest please email [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
The workshop facilitators will be:
• Ann Creed, FETL Research Fellow
• Lisa Hartley, North West Regional Healthy FE and Skills Co-ordinator
'Challenging wellbeing' has been commissioned on behalf of the Education and Training Foundation by AELP as the lead for the Excellence in Leadership, Management and Governance (ELMAG) partnership, and is funded by the Education and Training Foundation.
