Engaging Students - Morley’s Top Tips

The reasons for this not being as we had hope are:

• The type of college we are, adult and mostly part time students mostly come and go

• There isn’t or wasn’t an existing culture for an LGBT forum, with perseverance and patience it could have become a sustainable forum

• Timescale and capacity of team, forum for staff and students is probably a next step and the logic thing to do after you create a safe space and room for the conversation
