Action plan outline

•  Develop leaflet about why we collect data for students and staff

•  Start with staff – audit

• Develop training package on data collection and new categories – including LGBT awareness raising to be delivered in 14/15

• Work with key staff to develop script with answers for difficult questions

•  Online voluntary student survey re E&D in general including LGBT and Religion and belief in 14/15

• Develop best practice for collecting data for low level literacy or language, use white board animation developed in EDIF^definition project

• Include LGBT and Religion and belief on 15/16 enrolment form.
